You might get a better response if you posted your results first. Otherwise you're just begging for a farm spot.

it wasn't running a ssuch more like killing everything that moved while capping elites

but i was in the mine thingy to the west of thingy horde south west of thingy orchard.

and out of about 9 chests 2 gave me something thuper. got a 15>50 inscription (10k to guildy), 20/20 sundering for sword (49k on guru) the rest were okay. maybe some of it was worth more but without a price guide to go by yet i just scrapped some of it kept some.

I'm in school right now, so I'll get some screen shots when I go home. My boyfriend has been having a ball chestrunning in this one area near Vabbi. I'll make him post all the info and his build (he's a ranger). It's great because a lot of the chest spawns end up completely ungaurded by enemies.

Default Yatendi Canyons from Wehhan Terraces

Click on the thumbnails to see the full images.

Area: Yatendi Canyons (take the west exit from Wehhan Terraces)

Drops: approx. 1/3 are gold, the rest are purple

Character used: R/Mo (Kurzick Tree Hugger)
Escape|Zojun's Haste|Dodge|Whirling Defense|Healing Breeze|Purge Conditions|Holy Veil|Mending

Difficulty: Easy. I don't go for all five chests, I generally find about 1 or 2 up to the bridge (sometimes 3), and I don't cross the bridge usually, but there is a chest that spawns right on the other side of it (the left-most chest icon on the map directly below). Each run takes two minutes max, and they are very relaxing. It's easiest to resign once you get to the bridge, since it goes so quickly.

There are chest spawns beyond the places I marked, but I don't know the specifics. If you DO wish to cross the bridge into failure land, you'll want to remove your enchantments first, or Corrupt Enchantment will end you. I did run all through the area, but it's not really as fun. Doing the first few chests over and over is like setting your chest runs on cruise control.

Key: Vabbian (from Riwar in Wehhan Terraces)

Sometimes there are no enemies whatsoever around the chest:

If you see a group like the one in the shot below, put Mending and Holy Veil on. Then you should use Escape as you run in, and usually Healing Breeze, too. Be prepared to Purge Conditions:

The roli poli bugs are adorable and harmless. Sometimes I aggro them just to hear the silly noises. Chests surrounded by these guys are easy pickin's:

No problem. And my boyfriend (he's the one that does the running, he just likes to use my accounts to post on forums) says that although runs like this one are fun, he'd like to see group runs somewhere again. If anyone sees an area with people spamming CR SI, you should probably leave a note about that here.

Or, if you need to ask him a question, his character's name is (as I wrote above) Kurzick Tree Hugger. Your best bet is to friend him first, though, since he tends to play on at least four different characters daily.

Oh, and he uses an Insightful Staff of Enchanting when he runs for the extra energy.

group running is a bit out of the picture now that one can drive hench and heroes. i may post a full article for vabbi, as i run there a lot. keep in mind that all chests drop golds now, its just a chance to get a gold from that chest. sround vabbi i seee about 1/3 golds, and more often than not the mods are good. just an FYI about vabbi.
